All content, including full-length tests, video lectures, slides, books, and practice materials, is the intellectual property of MKS Education. You may not reproduce or use any content for purposes outside your SAT preparation without written consent.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Access to the app is included with your enrollment at MKS Education.
  • Fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Any special cases regarding refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Performance Disclaimer

While the MKS SAT App is designed to maximize your preparation and boost your score, individual performance may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on multiple factors including effort, consistency, and starting skill level.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in academic dishonesty, or misuse the platform in any way.
